What are rubber molded parts and what are they used for?
Rubber molded parts are individually shaped seals, buffers, pads or damping elements made from elastic materials. They are used wherever a flexible, media- or pressure-resistant seal is required—for example, in machinery, vehicles, piping or housing connections. Due to their adaptability, rubber molded parts are suitable for many technical applications in mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive sector, as well as in electrical and medical technology.
Which materials are used for rubber molded parts?
All common elastomer materials can be used for rubber molded parts, including NBR, EPDM, FKM/Viton®, HNBR, NR, CR, SBR, VMQ (silicone) and other special compounds. Depending on the requirements (temperature resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion behavior), the appropriate material is selected to ensure the desired function. This allows rubber molded parts to be flexibly adapted to different operating conditions.

Yes! Rubber molded parts are produced exactly according to customer drawings or sample parts. This means you receive punched parts, seals or geometries precisely according to your specifications—without unnecessary standard components and fully tailored to your technical requirements. Upon request, CAD checks, dimensional inspections or drawing approvals can also be carried out to guarantee maximum accuracy.
