PTFE stands out due to its excellent chemical and electrical properties and offers exceptional thermal resistance, which is hardly matched by other commercially available plastics. The material can be used in a temperature range of -200 °C to +260 °C.

Our development team is continuously working on processing further high-performance materials such as POM-C, PE, PA6, PA6.6, PFA, PEEK, PCTFE, and PVDF, to develop innovative solutions for diverse applications.

PTFE-Encapsulated O-Rings

We possess the expertise to manufacture elastomer O-rings from various synthetic rubbers, such as NBR, FKM, EPDM, VMQ, etc., with a PTFE encapsulation.

By combining the elastic properties of the rubber rings with the good chemical resistance of the medium, high-performance seals are created.

PTFE offers sealing elements for a wide range of applications, such as in the petrochemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, etc.

The position of the joint or overlap of the encapsulation should be selected contrary to the direction of media attack.
